1. Introduction
At Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Khaiurov, ID: 302320094, operating as Musedia ("Musedia", "we", "us", or "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns on our behalf. When you make a purchase, your transaction is processed securely by Paddle in accordance with their terms of service.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
- The purchase is for a Musedia subscription plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)
- You have not previously received a refund for the same subscription
Refunds are processed for the most recent billing period only. For annual plans, the refund applies to the full annual payment if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
4. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through one of the following methods:
- Via Paddle: Contact Paddle support directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase. Each Paddle receipt contains a link to manage your subscription and request a refund.
- Via Email: Send a refund request to [email protected] with your order number or the email address associated with your account.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your card issuer.
- PayPal: Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours.
- Other payment methods: Processing times may vary. Paddle will notify you of the expected timeline.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom enterprise development work or professional services that have already been delivered
- API credits or usage that has already been consumed beyond the included allocation
- Subscription fees for billing periods that have already concluded (outside the 30-day window)
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- Your content and data will remain accessible for 30 days after your subscription ends, allowing you to export your data
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like a refund in addition to cancellation, please follow the steps in Section 4 above.
