How long does setup take?

Most museums go live within 7 days. Day 1-2: upload your collection via CSV or API. Day 3-5: customize AI responses and tone. Day 6-7: share QR codes and go live. We handle the heavy lifting.

Do visitors need to download an app?

No. Musedia works in any web browser. No download, no installation. Visitors scan a QR code at the entrance or open a link. Works on any smartphone.

What if we already have audio guide content?

Perfect! You can upload your existing audio files. Visitors can choose between your official museum guide and our AI-generated guide. Your content, your control.

How accurate is the AI?

The AI uses art history databases and your collection data. You review and edit everything before going live. Three content modes: casual, enthusiast, and expert.

Is visitor data private?

Yes. We never sell visitor data. All analytics are anonymized and only visible to you. We are fully GDPR compliant and take data privacy seriously.

What languages do you support?

We support 9 languages: English, Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, French, German, Italian, and Dutch. Enterprise plans can add custom languages on request.

Can we white-label the experience?

Yes! Enterprise plans include full white-label options with your museum's branding, colors, and logo. The experience feels native to your institution.

What counts as an AI request?

Each photo scan or Q&A question counts as one AI request. The Starter plan includes 5,000 requests/month, enough for roughly 1,000 to 2,000 visitors depending on engagement.
